The following Finance Terms & Conditions govern all transactions between Shipeze Exim (SMC-Private) Limited and its clients. These terms are designed to ensure smooth, transparent, and secure financial dealings in international trade.

2. Payment Methods

• Accepted methods of payment include:
  
  • 1) Advanced Payment 
  • 2) Letter of Credit 
  • 3) Contract/Collection: These payment terms are allowed for our company

3. Advance Payment

• A 30% advance payment is required for all confirmed orders.
  
• Production, procurement, or shipment processing will not commence until the advance payment has been received.
  
• For customized or bulk orders, a higher advance percentage may be requested.
  

4. Balance Payment

• The remaining 70% balance is due before shipment.
  
• For LC transactions, shipment will proceed after proper verification of the Letter of Credit and fulfillment of all LC conditions.
  
• All banking charges outside Pakistan must be borne by the buyer.
  

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
  
  • Goods cannot be shipped due to our fault.
    
  • Mutually agreed cancellations are made before production/shipment.
    
• Customized or special orders are non-refundable once production begins.
  
• Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after agreement, excluding banking fees.
  

6. Late Payments

• In case of delayed payments, Shipeze Exim reserves the right to:
  
  • Suspend shipment until payment is cleared.
    
  • Impose a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
    
  • Cancel the order and forfeit advance payments if delays exceed 30 days.
    

7. Financial Documentation

• Shipeze Exim will provide all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates (if required) once payments are cleared.
  
• In case of LC, all documentation will comply strictly with the terms mentioned in the Letter of Credit.
  

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any financial disputes will first be addressed through amicable settlement and negotiation.
  
• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan, under Pakistani financial and commercial law.
  

9. Confidentiality & Security

• All financial transactions and client details are handled with strict confidentiality.
  
• Bank account details are only shared via secure communication channels to avoid fraud or misuse.
  

10. Amendments

• Shipeze Exim reserves the right to update these Finance Terms & Conditions. Any modifications will be shared with clients in writing before implementation.
